Warm
The mask warms your closed eyelids for the 15-minute session.
Blink & Bliss is a USB-C heated eye mask with gentle vibration. It warms your closed eyelids for 15 minutes at a time. Warmth on the lids helps soften the oil that slows your tears from evaporating.

Drops in every bag. A flannel run under the hot tap. Blinking exercises, a humidifier, fewer hours at the screen when the job allows it.
Each one can help a little, for a little while. For many people the grit comes back later in the day.
Drops add moisture, which is often only part of what is missing. A warm flannel is the right idea, but it starts cooling within a minute or two.
Every blink spreads a thin film of tears across the eye. The top of that film is oil, made by the meibomian glands along the edge of each eyelid. The oil is what slows the water underneath from evaporating.
In most dry eye, a shortage of oil is part of the problem. The oil has thickened, the glands release less of it, and tears evaporate too fast. That is why eyes can water and still feel dry.
Warmth works on the oil itself. Held on closed lids for several minutes, it softens the thickened oil so it can flow again when you blink. The catch is that the warmth has to last for minutes, not seconds.
The mask warms your closed eyelids for the 15-minute session.
Sustained warmth softens the thickened oil in the glands along the edge of the lid.
Softer oil can flow again, so each blink spreads it back over your tears.
In the box: eye mask, USB-C controller cable, carry pouch and user manual. No wall plug is included.
It depends on the cause, and we cannot tell you that. Warmth is most relevant when the oil glands in the eyelids are not releasing enough oil, which eye-clinic studies suggest is common. It is less likely to help when the eyes do not make enough tears. An optometrist can tell you which applies to you.
If you try the mask and it does not help, the 30-day guarantee applies.
Yes, it is made for daily use: one or two 15-minute sessions a day. It switches itself off at the end of each session. Keep the heat comfortably warm, not hot. If your eyes feel worse after a session, stop and talk to your optometrist.
Check with your optometrist first if you have had recent eye surgery, an eye infection or injury, or a diagnosed eye condition. Remove contact lenses before use. Stop if it feels too hot or uncomfortable. Not for children.
Blink & Bliss is a consumer warm-compress device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have persistent eye symptoms, see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
No. Remove contact lenses before use. If you are unsure when to put them back in, ask your optometrist.
It does a different job. Drops add moisture to the surface of the eye. Warmth works on the oil glands in the eyelids. Many people use both. If an optometrist or doctor prescribed drops for you, keep using them as directed.
No. There is no battery. The mask runs from its USB-C controller cable, which plugs into any standard USB charger rated 5V 2A, a power bank or a laptop port. It stays plugged in while you use it. A wall plug is not included, so use a phone charger you already have.
Wipe the inner surface with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before the next session. Do not put it in water or in a washing machine. There are electronics inside.
